Catalisto LLC (“Catalisto”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Catalisto collects, uses and keeps information in compliance with the all relevant regulations. For the purpose of any legislation the data controller is Catalisto LLC.
Information Catalisto may collect from you
Catalisto may collect and process the following data about you:
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site, providing details by registration or other means (eg, giving business cards) at a marketing event, or when setting up administrator accounts in our product or services.
Information that you provide us to use the Catalisto Customer Portal or Catalisto Reseller Portal to include email address and phone number. Phone numbers are used for two factor authentication and support services.
Information you provide us including inquiries and/or feedback.
Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system and web browser used.
Catalisto may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
If you contact us, Catalisto may keep a record of that correspondence.
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and other communication data, and the resources that you access.
Catalisto may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our business partners. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
Cookies are small text files that websites save to your computer. These pieces of information are used to improve services for you through, for example: (i) remembering settings, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you visit a new page; (ii) remembering information you’ve given (e.g. your postcode) so you don’t need to keep entering it.

Our website uses a third-party cookie provided by Google Analytics to gather anonymized information for the benefit of all web users. Catalisto does not use behavioral targeting cookies. All our cookies fall within the ICC classifications Strictly Necessary, Functionality and Performance and none within the classification Behavioral Targeting.

If you are making a job application or inquiry, you may provide us with a copy of your CV or other relevant information. We may use this information for the purpose of considering your application or inquiry. Except when you explicitly request otherwise, we may keep this information on file for future reference.
Providing products and services
If you purchase or use our products or services, we may use your personal data for purposes which include but are not limited to:

carrying out end user compliance checks for export control purposes,
issuing security information alerts and other alert messages,
providing training sessions for which you have registered,

Where your personal data is stored
Your personal data is stored by Catalisto on the Catalisto servers located in the European Union or the United States. Catalisto has set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your data.
Transferring personal data
As a global company, we have international sites and users all over the world. When you give us personal data, that data may be used, processed or stored anywhere in the world, including countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA, who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Catalisto places substantial importance on protecting the confidentiality of personal information and seeks the cooperation of all its suppliers in furthering this goal. Where Catalisto has knowledge that a supplier is using or sharing personal information in a way that is contrary to this policy, Catalisto will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop such processing.
Catalisto endeavors to hold all personal data securely in accordance with our internal security procedures and applicable law. Catalisto will do its best to protect your personal data, but Catalisto cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site through the internet; any such transmission is at your own risk. Once Catalisto have received your information, Catalisto will maintain appropriate administrative, physical, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data accessed or processed by Catalisto against unauthorized or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction, damage or disclosure.

In addition to the above, Catalisto use information held about you in the following ways:
To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us, or which Catalisto feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

If you are an existing customer, Catalisto will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services.
If you receive an email which claims to come from us but does not use our domain, or if you are suspicious that an email may not be approved by us, then please send a copy of the email to email@example.com so we can investigate.
If you do not want us to use your data in this way, or to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box on the form on which Catalisto collects your data. We will not sell or rent your data to third parties or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use third party software to send you information for marketing purposes.
We will share your data if we are required to do so by law.
Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that Catalisto does not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
Disclosure of your information
Catalisto may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries and any holding companies.
If Catalisto sells or buys any business or assets, Catalisto may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If Catalisto or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers, partners, vendors, subscribers and business contracts will be one of the transferred assets.

Catalisto reserves the right to amend this Privacy and Data Protection Policy at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended Privacy and Data Protection Policy at this Site.
